A standard poodle should weigh 40 to 50 pounds at this age. Your Standard Poodle will reach their ideal maximum weight at 1 to 2 years of age. Your standard poodle should be 24 to 27 inches tall at 1 to 2 years of age. Male standard poodles weigh on average 45 to 70 pounds where females weigh 45 to 60 pounds.

Once your standard poodle is a year of age, you should switch their diet from puppy food to one that is designed for adult dogs. This will help prevent your standard poodle from becoming overweight.
